Gender labels have changed in society and also media. Many jobs that was once labeled as male or female are now diverse for every genders. Mass media plays a significant role in society, by broadcasting information and new ideas. These developments help influence society standards of what is norm or abnormal. These portrayal influences people’s attitude and opinions and case specify gender stereotypes. Stereotypes is also reflected in media portrayal of gender roles.
