They say it is just a 5k… that just 3.1 miles. So it should just be like running a mile 3 times right? WRONG. Running a race is not as easy as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, unless you have a peanut allergy and do not have to make. But back to running, to have an exceptional race, will have to train yourself before your race. Also, during the race try to keep a steady pace and good mind.
