Hardman and Jones (2011) stated the coaching philosophy is a set of values and beliefs that are incorporated into how coaches behave whilst working in their professional environment. Coaches can also demonstrate their philosophies through their positive and negative experiences, the knowledge they have obtained and their perceptions on life (reference).
