3. What I consider to be successful in life is having a loving and healthy household, and financially stabled. Three ways I can live more successfully is making peace with everyone that you meet, do not hold a grudge and forgive. Saving money and not spending on “wants” and only on necessities.
4. I really enjoyed the journal exercise; I actually have a lot of things to be grateful for. Many people my age don’t have half the things that I have. Not necessarily material things, more like the opportunities. Having an education, wellness, a loving family, and good friends to communicate with.

I will definitely continue with this exercise. It gives me the opportunity to count my blessings. I am now even more grateful than before, believe I or not. This exercise allowed me to count my blessings and appreciate the people and things I have in life.
6. I am delighted to share my future goals with you. Ten years from now I see myself as a Physician, married to a successful gentleman with two children. One boy and one girl. I envision myself living in a family home in California with a “Golden Retriever” or a Penthouse in Manhattan. I am determined to reach my goals. Since I am not getting any younger, I have to make sure I am on top of things.
