Seventh Generation is wise to link its image with the Vermont image–an image popular with customers of Seventh Generation and “customers” of Vermont–tourists, people moving here, farmer, and businesses marketing Vermont products like maple syrup and cheese.

With ‘vermints’, this clever company plays on the word “vermont’, and their mints, like the state, are green. “They are honest. They are clean. They are truly the very best.
