The times these days in business are demanding more and more of the people that they hire. A first priority is a Bachelor Degree in most jobs that offer a decent salary or way of life.
The Bachelor Degree is not the only factor that businesses look for when hiring individuals. They also look for experience in the field, people skills, and the ability to work in a team. With this being said, it is important to have a degree that will help you succeed in your career path of choice. I have chosen Business Management as my degree of choice because it offers me a well-rounded education in the business world.
There are many different types of businesses out there and each one has different management styles. I want to be able to understand how each type of business is run so that I can be an asset to any organization. In order to achieve this goal, I plan on taking classes such as accounting, marketing, and human resources. I feel that these classes will give me the knowledge and understanding of how businesses are run so that I can be an effective manager.
I have always been interested in business and how it works. My father has his own business and I have seen first-hand how much work goes into running a successful organization. I want to be able to help my father with his business and also be able to start my own business one day. I believe that having a degree in Business Management will give me the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve these goals.
Pursuing my degree is something I’m currently taking a big stride forward in, and I have no intention of stopping. A brighter future for an even better education, a positive perspective, and successful accomplishments throughout the family history are all on the horizon for me. Despite the fact that some things are more difficult than others, I continue to push forward and make the greatest of what is ahead of us.
My academic goals are to attend college and obtain my degree so that I may have a chance at career advancement and a higher quality of life. After years in the workforce, I want something more than just a job; I want a career. A career is defined as “a chosen pursuit, especially one pursued as a lifelong calling.”1 My chosen Career is Business Management.
I’ve always been interested in business and how it works behind the scenes. How businesses are ran, what makes them successful or not, and what goes on day to day all intrigue me. With my degree in Business Management I will be able to have the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to run a business. This way if I ever decide to venture out and start my own business, or even help a friend with theirs, I will be more than capable.
Career advancement is also important to me. After years of dead-end jobs and no room for growth, I want to be able to advance in my career and have opportunities to grow within a company. With a degree in Business Management it’ll give me the chance to show my value to potential employers and increase my earning potential.
Lastly, I want to be able to provide a better quality of life for myself and my future family. I was not fortunate enough to grow up in the best environment or have the best things in life, but I’m determined to change that for future generations. With a successful career, I will be able to give my children the things I never had and create a better life for us overall.
Obtaining my degree is the first step in achieving my long-term goals of having a successful career and providing a better quality of life for myself and my future family. My career goals are to obtain a management position within a company so that I can help contribute to its success. Additionally, I want to continue learning and advancing my knowledge so that I can keep up with the ever-changing business landscape. Lastly, by earning a higher income, I will be able to provide a better standard of living for myself and my family.
In terms of anything I’ll do in order to rise up the corporate ladder, education is a must. It might take some time to achieve educational aims and it’s quite inconvenient. If the appropriate academic route is followed, it will always repay in the long term. A high-paying job isn’t necessarily waiting right in front of you, but having a Bachelor of Arts degree will assist you no matter what career path you choose because I’m not sure what field I want to pursue.
Career goals are important for a couple reasons. They give me something to work towards and they help keep me motivated. I would like to be able to support myself and my future family without having to worry about money too much. I want to be able to travel and experience new things without worrying about how I’m going to pay for it. That being said, I need to pick a career that is not only going to pay the bills but also make me happy.
I have always been interested in helping people and making a difference in someone’s life. I would like to find a career that allows me do just that. I’m not sure what that career looks like yet but I am open to exploring different options. My academic goals are important to me because they will help me get to where I want to be career-wise. I need to make sure I am taking the right classes and getting good grades so that I can get into the program of my choice.
I am motivated to achieve my goals because I know that doing so will lead to a better future for myself and my family. I am willing to put in the hard work now so that I can reap the benefits later. Having specific goals gives me something to strive for and keeps me focused on what is important. Education is the key to success in anything you do in life, and I am determined to get my education so that I can have a successful career.
