The steak was overcooked and had a diameter of about half an inch, which was excellent. There was good color to the meat, and the glaze was brownish in appearance. I made a funny face when I saw the glaze because it had garlic cloves on it. After taking my first bite, I’m not a huge lover of garlic but I knew it was fantastic once more; all that wait was worth it! The flavor blended with some spices they used created it taste so wonderful; never have I experienced something like this.
The steak was juicy and had so much flavor I could not get enough of it, I wanted to lick my plate but I did not. The sides were good too the mashed potatoes were creamy and had a little bit of garlic in it which made it 10 times better. The green beans were fresh and had some bacon bits in it which gave it some extra flavor. The salad was okay it was fresh and had all the fixings that you would want on a salad. All in all, it was an amazing meal, and I loved every second of it even the long wait. This is now my new favorite restaurant, and I will be back for more of that fantastic steak.
