It’s important to realize that every decision made has the potential to impact your life in some way, no matter how small it may seem at the time.

For example, let’s say you’re working on a school project and you need to glue two pieces of paper together. You might be tempted to just use any old glue that you can find lying around the house, but if you don’t pay attention to detail and use the wrong kind of glue, your project could wind up being a disaster.

They may show up to the interview unprepared and not have done any research on the company or position they are applying for. They may dress inappropriately or come across as disinterested. All of these things reflect a lack of attention to detail and unfortunately, this can be a turnoff for potential employers.
